Dustin Borklund built his career in Forms Management — the discipline of designing, optimizing, and governing both paper and electronic business documents that capture and deliver critical enterprise data. Over the years, he led large-scale forms and documentation initiatives across multiple organizations, ultimately serving as Enterprise Compliance Manager at Toyota Financial Services before retiring in 2017.
Outside of his professional work, Dustin enjoys traveling internationally several times each year. His next chapter is embracing “slow travel” — spending three months or more at a time immersing himself in different cultures, with the world becoming his office away from home.
