As a technology partner, we worked with the client to understand their business requirements and transformed them into technical requirements. An AI Powered Web based Chatbot application was developed by Hexagon Consultancy. This involved developing the wen app architecture, followed by analysis, design, development and implementation of the web solution. The Chatbot application was integrated with Gen AI Services from Open AI using different LLMS with RAG architecture and different prompt engineering.
