As a technology partner, we worked with the client to understand their business requirements and transformed them into technical requirements. An AI Powered Web based Voice to Text/Speech Recognition plugin was developed by Hexagon Consultancy. This involved developing the multi-tenant web app architecture using AWS and backend integration followed by analysis, design, development and implementation of the web solution. The Plugin was integrated with Voice AI Services from Google using Rest API and web sockets framework. Created admin dashboard for account subscriptions and management.
