Our Contribution:

We are currently supporting the NORTHWEST – RENU RECYCLING SERVICES division that is located in Seattle and Portland. Various Windows applications and processes were developed for the client’s business and IT operations teams to manage their daily operations and workflows. We developed Service applications and reporting tools that allow users to manage every step of the Work/Job Order processing.

Logistics applications were developed for the dispatch team to dispatch the job orders to the respective vehicles accordingly. We also developed invoicing applications that automatically generate the invoices and email them to the customers. Several reports were created for the Management to provide complete visibility of the daily operations in a detailed manner. Utilities were created to integrate and import data from external systems into excel spreadsheets. We also created specialized aggregate reports called Diversion reports for the customers that provide insight into their job orders, locations, materials transported and recycled. Currently developing a mobile application for the truck drivers to record and manage their daily activities such as job orders, dispatch information and other inputs for the whole day. We are also developing a web application for the back-office admins to monitor and manage the daily activities and execute additional processes that drives the daily operations
